Leader of Kokuyo Gang. He was first escaped from prison in Italy with his main two subordinates (Ken and Chikusa). Mukuro was originally part of the Estraneo family, along with those Ken and Chikusa, when they was very young.
The family treated the children like a guinea pig. Mukuro then killed all of them whom conduct the experiment and even
asked Chikusa and Ken to follow him in plan to erase the world whom he saw little importance to.

A young girl who wears a Kokuyo school uniform and shares the same 'pineapple'
hairstyle as Mukuro. She is a girl known as
Nagi and lived in a non-social life which made it hard for people to communicate
with her. she was badly injured in a car accident
which lead her to lose her right eye and some of her organs after rescuing cat. The only way to
save her life would be to have someone with the same bloodtype to transfer their
organs to her. She didn't care whether she lived or not and her parents refused
the offer anyway. But after her meeting with Mukuro Rokudo, he allowed her to
live by creating illusional organs.
